Main Areas of Responsibility:
Full-time HR Director needed for non-profit agency serving in-crisis, runaway and homeless youth to serve in a director-level generalist role. Will manage the agency human resource systems including hire, orientation, training, benefits, counseling and discipline, evaluation and termination for approximately 40 employees; provide consultation, support and training for management staff; ensure compliance with state and federal employment law;
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety laws and the Bloodborne Pathogen Standard; Will also manage the annual agency insurance policy application review and procurement process.
