Main Areas of Responsibility:
Acts as Liaison with employees and management regarding employment issues. Develops and maintains current Benefit and Compensation programs. Maintains the recruitment, selection and on-boarding program to ensure timely filling of positions. Recruits, selects and manages volunteers and interns, in coordination with the Department Manager or Supervisor. Maintains personnel files. Ensures confidentiality of all employee related issues.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Tracks employee performance evaluation process. Tracks all employee training, internal and external. Serves as administrator for agency website and social media sites.
