Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This full-time position is in Albuquerque and requires at least 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
The HR Manager role is responsible for the daily operations of the HR department, focusing on executing core HR functions while building strong, trust-based relationships across the organization. The HR Manager plays a critical role in maintaining a culture of inclusion and care, especially in a workplace serving both individuals with and without disabilities.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The knowledge and experience needed for this position are:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Current SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or SPHR
• Minimum of 4 years of experience at a Generalist level
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
• Non-profit experience is preferred
• Excellent follow through ability
• Resourceful and ability to work independently
