Main Areas of Responsibility:
Administer housing vouchers utilizing supportive housing best practices.
Conduct orientation for new applicants.
Assist applicants with housing search.
Conduct Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspection.
Oversee move-in and lease signing.
Conduct Annual HQS and Certification.
Maintain client files.
Data entry.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
HQS certification
Knowledge of the Fair Housing Act, the New Mexico Human Rights Act and the Uniform
Experience and ability to work with persons who have special needs, in particular those with a behavioral health diagnosis and who are experiencing homelessness
Ability to handle a high volume of work and to meet weekly and monthly goals and expectations.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
