Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Manage HUD funded housing assistance program. Will determine eligibility, recruit landlords, act as a liaison with clients and landlords, work with case managers to keep clients housed, maintain databases, submit reports, teach monthly class, conduct HUD inspections, and responsible for managing housing vouchers.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA in management or social services or equivalent and 2 years experience in case management and/or housing in a non profit environment. Should have experience working with individuals with substance use and/or mental health issues. Must be computer proficient. Must have valid NM driver's license and clean driving record. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
