Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Housing Program Manager with HUD and Housing First knowledge and experience. Responsible for SMHW housing funds (leases, continuum of care (including Welcome Home), supportive housing); oversight of SMHW housing programs under the direction of the behavioral health director.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

COC Rental Assistance, Home TBRA and Supportive Housing; Act as LLA lead for state program; Maintain monthly demographics; Act as liaison to Housing Manager and Community Support Workers who provide Comprehensive Community Support Services to Housing clients as well as to the SMHC Director of Behavioral Health Services; Maintain client files exceeding HUD expectations; Attend HMIS training and oversee quality of HMIS Data for all Housing Programs using HMIS. Supervise 3 housing staff.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelors degree required; Must be able to speak in public, providing workshops and various presentations.
Experience working with HUD, and other Housing programs, including Housing First; HQS certified preferred; Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple deadlines; Supervisory/administrative experience. At least 1 year experience with SDMI population/homeless adults; NAHP certification preferred but not required.
