Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Supervise direct reports
• Oversee programs, program participants, housing plans and cooperative agreements
• Coordinate exit strategies/applicable extensions
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Ensure policies/procedures are current and compliant
• Ensure facilities/programs meet regulations
• Ensure client records/charts are maintained
• Prepare reports and monitoring activities for funding sources
• Review and sign leases
• Prepare monthly Board of Directors reports

• Ability to relate to individuals and families experiencing homelessness
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• First Aid and CPR certifications
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
