Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for housing funds associated with Supportive Housing Programs. Continuum of Care & Supportive Housing Programs: Maintain demographics monthly; Maintain records of client portions of rent collected; Act as liaison to landlords, Community Support Workers and clients; Maintain client files in a manner matching or exceeding Housing and Urban Development (HUD) expectations; Produce monthly reports in form of monthly grant draw downs;

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Perform HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections; Maintain record of and perform annual HQS re-inspections; Produce Quarterly and Annual reports associated with grant requirements; Screen and manage intake of new clients; Advise CSWs regarding housing issues.
-Act as liaison to other agencies concerning housing issues.
-Attend various conferences and training focused on housing Issues.
-Create and foster landlord relationships.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Undergraduate degree in related field. Experience may be substituted for degree.
• Administrative experience.
• Property maintenance and management experience.
• SDMI experience.
• Interest and knowledge in those who are experiencing homelessness and their particular needs.
• Reliable.
• Bilingual preferred (but not required).
• Proficient in Excel, Access and Power Point.
