Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsibilities include creating schedules, managing budgets, overseeing inventory of supplies, linens, and equipment, upholding safety standards and SDS database, providing staff training and development, managing task lists, and more.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
We serve guests year-round, with a peak summer season and a slower retreat season.
In peak season (May through August), this position will oversee a team of 40+ international summer staff. During the slower season, this position will oversee a small team of full-time staff as well as managing teams from other departments who help with housekeeping duties.
