Main Areas of Responsibility:
Development, implementation, and coordination of nutrition education, cooking classes, physical fitness activities and other health and wellness activities for the place-based programming at San Felipe Pueblo that promotes the reduction of childhood obesity and type 2 diabetes.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Planning, development, presentation and evaluation of customized health education and training programs; development, preparation, and delivery of nutrition education and cooking curriculum; development, evaluation, and modification of course curriculum and/or presentation materials; participation in development and marketing activities for health and wellness programs; acquisition and application of knowledge of current and developing issues and trends in childhood obesity and type 2 diabetes.
