Main Areas of Responsibility:
Ronald McDonald House Charities of New Mexico, a “home away from home” for families with critically ill children, is hiring for a full-time Guest Services Coordinator. Position is responsible for referrals, guest intake, Medicaid billing and guest database management. Computer skills, customer service experience and Spanish required. Hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. M-F. Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Maintains guest records for recording and reporting
• Maintains regular contact with Social Services staff at hospitals; keeps informed about families and their medical situations; is sensitive to and supportive of their needs.
• Provides instructions to House guests on procedures and reviews Guest Expectations with them.
• In conjunction with the Operations Director, ensures the Ronald McDonald House policies and procedures are appropriately implemented.
