Seeking a passionate, energetic and innovative team member to manage the Guest Experience team and public programming for the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. Candidate must have experience in exceptional customer service, event coordination, interdepartmental collaboration and team management. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative setting to create and implement innovative programming and cultural experiences for the guests of IPCC.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Manager of Guest Services oversees the initial “Guest Experience” services at IPCC, as well as events that impact the guest experience. They possess a broad, global understanding of Native American art and culture, and communicate complex ideas and issues in a positive, clear manner to a variety of people with diverse cultural and economic backgrounds. Excellent customer service and First Impressions will be a constant objective as they manage people and programs.
