Grants Process Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Perform multi-stakeholder project management related to UWCNM grant making; build, communicate, and execute timeline of activities/deliverables throughout year to produce an efficient and transparent grant allocation process. Develop clear project plans/timelines, communicate with relevant parties, and monitor progress to ensure effective and punctual implementation of grants process and calendar.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The GPM will manage volunteer recruitment, and assist with volunteer and applicant training, as well as continuous improvement processes related to grant application and evaluation. In addition to serving as a resource to applicants and volunteers, the Grants Process Manager provides occasional support to UWCNM’s development and marketing teams.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in social service/justice, nonprofit management, public administration or related field with at least five years related experience in grant management activities, the preparation of requests for proposals, program evaluation, and volunteer engagement. Successful candidate will demonstrate compelling commitment to vision and mission of UWCNM.
