Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Grants Manager coordinates all of SITE’s grant application activities to private foundations and government agencies, including prospecting, application, and reporting. Write narratives and compile materials needed for grant applications in support of SITE Santa Fe’s exhibitions, education programs, public programs, marketing efforts, facility improvements, special initiatives, and general operating.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Manage all aspects of SITE Santa Fe grant application efforts.
Ensure annual registration and compliance with various government entities.
Manage grant tracking database.
Collaborate with members of each department.
Work with Deputy Director to support Annual Audit process.
Assist the Director of Institutional Giving and Partnership.
