GRANTS COMPLIANCE/FISCAL OFFICER

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Grants Compliance/Fiscal Officer will take the lead responsibility for The Grant Plant’s clients’ grant management, budgeting, and reporting (as applicable per client). Key duties include managing the fiscal aspects of the grants process from development of proposal budget, review of key grant terms, calculation and extrapolation of financial data, and grant compliance and reporting.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Preparation of grant budgets, grant reports, and other documents that assist The Grant Plant’s clients in meeting or exceeding grant budgeting guidelines and reporting requirements. Knowledge of the principles and practices of nonprofit accounting, including the ability to advise clients on the management of large restricted grants from all sectors, including Federal grants.
