Grants Administrator

Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Will provide administrative support for scholarships and grants programs. The position is 32 hours a week. Primary responsibilities include:
-Handle administration of grantmaking processes, including but not limited to entering grants into FIMS database, organizing grant backup, generating grant letters and creating grant listings
-Coordinate logistics on grant programs (this may include designing and sending RFP eblasts, generating grant contracts, filing and maintaining contracts).

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

· Manage GIFTS Online grant process for the Competitive Grant Program and other grant opportunities that require online applications (this may include creating online grant applications, importing applications and organizing/distributing applications as needed).
· Update website with grant deadlines and ongoing grant content.
· Manage timelines for grant deadlines and grant reporting.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Previous work experience a plus (internship experience may suffice). BA required (focus in nonprofit management, project management, anthropology, sociology or a related field preferred). Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Microsoft Excel. Previous database management is a plus.
