Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Coordinate and lead grant proposal process in conjunction with program directors and staff.
- Write and edit grant proposals, cover letters, follow-up correspondence and related interim and final reports
- Create and manage a tracking system for grant submissions, reports, and materials to meet funder deadlines and requirements
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
- Assist in drafting and preparing budget for proposal submissions in conjunction with staff.
- Monitor fulfillment of grant deliverables in conjunction with RCC staff
- Stay well-informed with grant making trends and best practices
- Participate and support annual fundraiser planning process
- Assist with special events and fundraisers
