Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Conduct the full range of activities required to research, prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals and applications to foundation and corporate sources in alignment with the agency’s mission. Maintain existing funding sources and cultivate new and appropriate sources (public and private). Ability to assess value of grant awards against time/effort to meet grant requirements.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Agrees to meet income goals through grant funding awards.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Excellent research and writing capabilities. Ability to work with a multicultural staff; experience in nonprofit direct services and/or program coordination is highly desirable. High level of computer literacy required; familiarity with online databases and other sources to locate biographical, financial and philanthropic information required; minimum of three years’ experience; with successful development/writing.
