Main Areas of Responsibility:
The COPE Grant Administrator will be responsible for carrying out reporting and administrative activities with all grants awarded to COPE.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This will include coordinating finance and reporting to funders, executing contracts with subrecipients (e.g. consultants and contracting organizations), processing invoices for expenses incurred by staff and subrecipients related to the grant, submitting invoicing and processing reimbursements from funding sources (or prime recipients for which COPE is a sub-grantee), monitoring finance and tracking expenses related to the funding source and generating relevant finance reports.
