Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for overseeing administration of program and strategic plan, donation intake and distribution. Other key duties- donor recruitment, marketing, and community outreach. Communicating with partners, supervising and supporting donation drivers and team members; gather and track info about pickups/deliveries, and working cooperatively with various teams (Development, Marketing, Facilities, etc. ).
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Fiscal management, operating on approved budget, max resource utilization and maintenance of positive financial position. Formulate and execute strategic short/long term plans, plan/implement donation drives, increase partnerships, recruit and maintain organization rental space, build and distribute inventory and assist in corporate/foundation solicitations. Create community relationships, develop network contacts, public relations programs, fundraising and contact with nonprofit and governmental networks.
