Main Areas of Responsibility:
The position will handle a range of administrative duties including, answering phones, reviewing completed work for accuracy, data entry, filing, taking donations and scheduling pickups, provide quality service and assist in resolving issues that may arise, and work with MVD to do title work. The position will help to maintain the car lot, and have basic mechanical knowledge of cars helping to sell the auto donations in our monthly auction.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data base management; attending and participating in training and meetings as required by MVD and Casa Esperanza; handle a range of administrative duties; internet and social media savvy; develop relationships with vehicle donors and businesses; and process titles or work with MVD to process titles for the monthly auction.
