Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position is responsible for the day to day operations for the Give Hope a Ride (GHAR) Program and oversite of the facility and maintenance for both Casa Esperanza and GHAR. This position will supervise two employees and multiple volunteers. You will oversee monthly auto donation auctions and manage the budget for the facilities and the GHAR program.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Identify refurbishment needs and coordinate refurbishing projects in a timely manner; participate in and lead strategic program planning; market the auto donation program; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; identify refurbishment needs and coordinate refurbishing projects in a timely manner; and coordinate daily operations including monthly reporting requirements, staff training and continuing education records, and interdepartmental communications.
