Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are looking for a Part-Time (22-26 hrs) Office Assistant to aid in the day-to-day operations of our Give Hope A Ride program. The ideal candidate will be expected to handle a range of administrative duties, while being able to work independently and as a team. This person will develop relationships with vehicle donors. This person must be well organized and flexible
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Job duties will include, but are not limited to answering phones, reviewing completed work for accuracy, data entry, filing, taking donations and scheduling pickups, provide quality service and assist in resolving issues that may arise, work with MVD to do title work and work one monthly Saturday auction. Helping with posting to social media accounts.
