Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide accurate and timely data entry and financial reporting of Foundation memberships, donations, pledges and grants; responsible for the development and issuance of donor acknowledgement letters; membership cards; maintenance of donor records to include address changes and other donor information.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Process donor gifts and membership payments. Work collaboratively with the Accountant to prepare deposits. Track new and existing pledges and pledge fulfillment. Develop gift, membership and pledge reports. Maintain files for memberships, donations and pledges. Maintain donor records and confidentiality. Reconcile data entry of gifts and membership payments with Accountant. Work with external auditors on annual audit. Provide back-up as necessary to the Database Manager.
