Main Areas of Responsibility:
Position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all databases associated with development programs and events, including information related to gifts, donors, memberships, annual and special campaigns, and constituents. The position must ensure that data is entered accurately and is up-to-date. The coordinator will work with colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive data entry protocols as well as prepare routine and special queries to produce reports and event assessments.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Excellent computer and database management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of CRM databases, Raiser’s Edge experience preferred. Experience creating and maintaining databases, and proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs required. Strong attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize workload and self-organize is essential. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
