Gifts and Records Administrator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Process gifts and memberships for deposit
• Responsible for high volume of gift and membership data entry for all contributions
• Acknowledge all gifts in a timely manner and with attention to detail
• Provide gift, membership, and pledge reports

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Tracks new pledges and pledge fulfillment
• Maintain organized files for other types of gifts and recordkeeping as needed
• Expected to maintain donor confidentiality at all times

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years prior experience, or some equivalent combination of experience and education
• Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
• Experience with Raiser's Edge desired; general knowledge of databases and accounting is essential.
