General Manager (GM) Hubbell House Alliance (HHA)

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

GM is the first point of contact for HHA’s many partners and constituents. Must have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, self-motivated with ability to multi-task, flexible, adaptable, resourceful, very strong time-management, organizational and planning skills. Provides day-to-day managerial services in support of HHA mission and the strategic direction of Board of Directors.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

1. Communication - Excellent skills needed, verbal and writing
2. Educational - experience with lesson planning and teaching essential
3. Clerical/Financial - demonstrated computer proficiency MS Word and publishing and database software
4. Managerial - volunteer management – recruit, train and provide oversight
5. Willing to adapt and embrace personal and professional growth

Other Information/Requirements: 

1. 40-hour week Tuesday through Saturday
2. Must reside on property and pass Bernalillo County background check
3. Must have own vehicle and ability to drive safely on official business as needed. Proof of clean driving record, current registration and liability insurance required.
4. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
