Main Areas of Responsibility:
GM is the first point of contact for HHA’s many partners and constituents. Must have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, self-motivated with ability to multi-task, flexible, adaptable, resourceful, very strong time-management, organizational and planning skills. Provides day-to-day managerial services in support of HHA mission and the strategic direction of Board of Directors.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
1. Communication - Excellent skills needed, verbal and writing
2. Educational - experience with lesson planning and teaching essential
3. Clerical/Financial - demonstrated computer proficiency MS Word and publishing and database software
4. Managerial - volunteer management – recruit, train and provide oversight
5. Willing to adapt and embrace personal and professional growth
