Main Areas of Responsibility:
The General Manager is a part time position responsible for the administration and operation of the Espanola Valley Fiber Arts Center. The GM shall employ and have general supervision over all employees of the EVFAC, manage the financial affairs of the Center, and serve as the major communication link to the EVFAC members and membership programs. The GM shall perform other duties as the Board might direct.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Plan, organize and direct the operations of the EVFAC; create, manage and meet a $250K annual budget through a combination of retail and consignment sales, membership growth and education classes; be accountable to the Board Executive Committee; create monthly written reports to the Board; supervise the administrative and volunteer staff; manage a successful and broad education program for members and community.
