Main Areas of Responsibility:
Research and assist in event fundraising efforts. Solicit donations from community organizations. Perform data entry and reporting.. Assist in event planning, production and work with the event committee chairs, event vendors, and event volunteers. Assist in volunteer recruitment and management. Create methods of volunteer recruitment and retention. Track volunteer needs at all facilities and actively place volunteers in needed positions. Update and maintain volunteer database and schedule.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Promote St. E’s mission and work through education and outreach.
- Assist Community Outreach Coordinator in attending public meetings, presenting on St. Es services.
- Promote awareness through social media
- Assist Outreach Coordinator in web updates, event fundraising promotions and community connections
- Assist Outreach Coordinator in presenting to faith groups and civic organizations
