Fundraising Campaign Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Reporting to the Director of Museum Advancement, this position will assist in the planning, coordination and execution of fundraising campaigns and special projects.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Managing campaign call calendars and day-to-day campaign operations
Conducting prospect research
Scheduling and coordinating cultivation and solicitation visits with campaign prospects
Tracking prospect actions and deliverables in Raisers Edge

Other Information/Requirements: 

HS diploma with additional education/training. BA/BS strongly preferred
At least two years of experience with progressive responsibilities in nonprofit fundraising
Solid computer skills, including ability to learn and utilize prospect management and donor database systems. Experience with Raisers Edge a plus
