Main Areas of Responsibility:
PCU is seeking an experienced individual or entity for this engagement, with skills that allow the following primary needs:
1. Help PCU staff to develop the necessary documents for early 2012 fundraising:
· Finalize a case statement
· Revise existing letters / materials
· Review website content
2. Recommend a detailed process and timeframe for a campaign
3. Serve as project manager for the campaign to ensure plan execution
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The engagement will also benefit from:
1. Potential operational support by the consultant to be determined (e.g. perhaps processing responses) or training staff to do these tasks
2. Focus initially on mail/email campaign to members and meetings with major gift donors, with other means to reach members and donors considered
3. Suggest other ideas to enable the organization to achieve its capital goals
4. Bring in relationships and provide introductions of value to fundraising
