Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Residential programs seeking direct care providers for at-risk youth in a crisis shelter and a Transitional Living Program. The primary duties are participation in the daily activities of the program, providing supervision, outings, life skills and other youth development activities for the youth. Non-traditional work hours including awake at night shifts available. Perfect for students!

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must have bachelor's degree with relevant experience or HS diploma/GED with two years of relevant experience. Must have initiative, reliability and flexibility and a heart for kids.

Other Information/Requirements: 

$11.00/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential for overnight hours + excellent benefits (medical, dental, FSA, IRA Aflac and generous leave). Must have a clear driving record, and be over the age to 25 meet insurance requirements for transport of clients. Fingerprinting/background check and monthly driving record check required. Must have driver's license, auto insurance, current CPR/First Aid certificates.
