Main Areas of Responsibility:
HR Generalist needed for non-profit agency serving in-crisis, runaway, and homeless youth. Will manage the agency human resource systems including hire, orientation, training, benefits, counseling and discipline, evaluation and termination for approximately 40 employees. Will provide consultation, support and training for the management staff and ensure compliance with federal and state employment law.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Will also manage the annual agency insurance policy application review and procurement process.
