Full-Time Housing Stability Advocate

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are now seeking a full-time Housing Stability Advocate to serve our guests in the shelter. The Housing Stability Advocate completes intakes, creates housing exit plans, supports guests with follow up care on their plans, connects guests to resources in the community, and provides case management support for each guest who enters the shelter.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a human services related field, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Must demonstrate that they have compassion for those experiencing homelessness and that they are knowledgeable about the resources available. The applicant must also be able to pass a background check. Compensation is $12 - $15/hour based on education and experience.
