Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Join the defenders of potential. Help Change Lives For Children in Our Community. We are a great place to work! Candidate must live in or around Alamogordo. Primary functions include:
*Fundraising
*Community Outreach - to meet fundraising, business/community connections, and recruitment goals
*Assist (as needed) with interviewing of children who would like to become part of the program
*Develop and Implement the annual Bowl for Kids Sake fundraiser
*Meet annual BFKS fundraising goals

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

*Develop and work closely with BBBS-Otero Resource Board
*Discover and solicit grant opportunities
*Volunteer/youth recruitment and enrollment

Other Information/Requirements: 

*Bachelors Degree required - BA in business, communications, public relations, marketing or related field preferred. College transcripts will be required.
*2+ years of successful fundraising, sales, event planning and/or transferable skills preferred.
* Must have a car, valid drivers license and meet state required car insurance minimum, as well as pass a federal background check.
