Fruit and Vegetable Prescription Program (FVRx) Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Coordinator’s primary responsibilities will be to organize activities related to the novel Fruit and Vegetable Prescription (FVRx) program.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide ongoing technical assistance and support to various FVRx stakeholders (clinical teams, retailers, families); systematize FVRx protocols and materials to facilitate the dissemination and replication of FVRx; coordinate across COPE teams including Training & Outreach, Food Access, and Monitoring Evaluation & Quality (MEQ) to ensure integrated, cohesive FVRx activities, overseeing program reporting and finance, and supporting sustainability planning.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The Coordinator will gain a deep understanding of FVRx as a national program through close interactions with Wholesome Wave, through visits to their headquarters and to other FVRx programs, as well as frequent communication.
