Fruit and Vegetable Prescription (FVRx) Program Intern

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The intern will be responsible for carrying out organizational activities for the Navajo FVRx program in close partnership with other collaborators and partners including, but not limited to, the Navajo FVRx Clinical sites and providers and COPE Food Access team, among others. Activities will include logistical assistance for Navajo FVRx events or clinical site meetings, communication with COPE staff and partners.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This includes communicating the Navajo FVRx program to various stakeholders through face-to-face meetings, emails, written reports, presentations and other methods of communication; receiving input from stakeholders and incorporating these changes into program activities; and coordinating daily activities such as training activities, meetings, and other events.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The intern will aid the Navajo FVRx Specialist and Coordinator on communications tracking/reporting and support the coordination of meetings, as well as other administrative and grant reporting related tasks.
