Main Areas of Responsibility:
Receives customers by phone and in person and provides assistance to meet their needs. Performs all opening and closing duties. Maintains referral and event information binder and schedules use of conference rooms. Ensures that all equip. of the Chamber is in good operational order and schedules maintenance/repairs as needed. Creates daily receipts log and processes member/events payments. Issues Certificates of Origin, notaries and any saleable items that come through the front desk.
