Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We seek a seasoned professional for the position of Foundation Director. Reporting to the EVP of Development and Corporate Relations, this person must possess a solid track record managing all aspects of a foundation/nonprofit and securing corporate funds through vendors and grants. The ASRT Foundation works to make a difference in the field of medical imaging and radiation therapy by awarding research grants and scholarships to the more than 154,000 members of the ASRT.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Directs, manages and trains Foundation staff while serving as a working manager.
• Planning, implementing, budgeting and administering programs and fundraising efforts, while ensuring compliance with all government regulations and foundation best practices.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s up to a master’s degree in a related field; Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) certification highly desired.
• Five years of demonstrated leadership experience in growing, marketing, planning and managing a foundation or nonprofit.
• Strong people management experience with the ability to direct, train and lead staff as a working manager; ability to anticipate and respond calmly, yet rapidly, to change; maintain poise under pressure.
