Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We seek a seasoned professional for the position of Foundation Director. Our ideal candidate has a solid track record managing all aspects of a foundation or nonprofit and securing corporate funds through vendors and grants. The ASRT Foundation is a nonprofit that works to make a difference in the field of medical imaging and radiation therapy by awarding research grants and scholarships to the more than 154,000 members of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Directs, manages and trains Foundation staff while serving as a working manager.
• Planning, implementing, budgeting and administering programs and fundraising efforts, while ensuring compliance with all government regulations and foundation best practices.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• BA degree in a related field; CFRE certification highly desired.
• 5 yrs leadership exp. growing, marketing & managing a foundation or nonprofit.
• Strong people mgt. experience; direct, train & lead staff as a working manager; anticipate and respond calmly, yet rapidly, to change; maintain poise under pressure.
• Light travel that could extend into evenings and weekends might be required.
• Requires relocation to work in the Albuquerque, NM office.
