Main Areas of Responsibility:
Assists in the day-to-day operation of the FGP/SCP programs and coordinates volunteer recruitment, training, and worksite visits. Performs clerical duties for the FGP/SCP programs.
Some direct responsibilities include:
1. Conducts recruitment presentations at various senior centers for the purpose of signing up volunteers for FGP/SCP.
2. Determines eligibility for participation in the volunteer programs.
3. Assist the Community Services Director with monthly project reports
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
4. In conjunction with Community Services Director, reviews and interviews volunteer applicants.
5. Process enrollment information – including Physical Exam, TB test results and Background Check.
6. Process client referrals.
7. Assist the Community Services Director in the planning and presenting Pre-Service Orientation and Monthly In-Service training.
8. Conduct worksite visits at least quarterly.
