Food Services Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for overall management of all aspects of the Food Services Department, including personnel, discipline, instruction, budget and purchasing, gifts-in-kind, menu, maintenance and repair of all Food Services equipment and areas, compliance with City of Albuquerque standards and meals preparation.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This is a Full-Time, Salary Position.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements: Minimum of four years food preparation and service for a population of 100 or more, to include ordering supplies, tracking inventory, planning menus and kitchen sanitation.
