Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Recruit, Organize, Orient and Collaborate with food Co-Operative members
• Maintain a level of confidentiality and mutual respect with member information and
• situations.
• Equip and train Co-Operative members to facilitate the coordination of the basic
• responsibilities during the program.
• Maintain and organize the Co-Operative calendar of activities
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Organize and or facilitate classes and activities for cooperative members
• Maintain attendance and participation records
• Perform evaluative surveys with current and former Co-Op members on an annual basis
• Promote ECM and Community activities for Co-Op members
• Mediate conflicts as they arise and work to create a responsible, courteous, welcoming atmosphere
