Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position will support food related businesses, local governments, nonprofits and agricultural producers with projects associated with promoting access to healthy food and addressing hunger in New Mexico. Additionally, the position will help support the Healthy Food Finance Fund program and participate in a cross agency collaborative group focused on addressing issues around hunger and access to healthy food.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
a) Work with an interagency team of program coordinators and support partners to continue the development of a uniform program across agencies to support food and ag projects
b) Interface with business owners and communities. Possible travel may be required. Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms is helpful.
