Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Food Access Program seeks to overcome food insecurity by increasing access to healthy foods in the most remote rural communities of Navajo Nation. Project activities are focused on several activities, including the Healthy Navajo Stores Initiative, Navajo Food Systems Strengthening, Navajo Fruit and Vegetable Prescription (FVRx) Program, FoodCorps Service Site, and Navajo Food Policy advocacy.

The Manager’s primary responsibilities will be to oversee the above activities under the direct supervision of the COPE Director. The Manager will be responsible directly supervising 3 to 5 staff and a total team of 8 to 10 individuals including interns and FoodCorps Service Members.
