Main Areas of Responsibility:
Assist Chief Finance Officer with various general bookkeeping; payroll; enroll and terminate employee benefits; financial records keeping, including accounts payable, bank deposits, and maintaining computer financial records. Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to funding sources and board.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Assistant is responsible for becoming familiar with the fiscal and administrative operations of the organization. Assist in data entry, payroll, basic bookkeeping, grand tracking and reporting, reference checks, reception support, copying, filing, and various other administrative tasks.
