Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Financial Manager is to oversee financial matters of nonprofit organization serving children & adults with developmental disabilities. The candidate must have experience in financial planning, strong financial skills including budget, payroll, accounts receivable, reconciliation, financial statements, and billing practices (DOH, Medicaid, private insurance billing). This role ensures that the organization is in compliance with agency, state and federal financial policies and requirements.
