Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Key responsibilities include preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting documents, i.e. bank reconciliation; AP/AR; payroll; staff liaison to the Business and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors, staff supervision, and audit preparation.
• Experience with DD waiver and knowledge of non-profits highly desirable.
• Full time exempt position; salary depending on experience; excellent benefit package; great flexible working environment. EOE

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Solid knowledge of all areas of accounting, nonprofit background preferred.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Required stills: 7+ years experience; knowledge of financial management and accounting; policy implementation; and ability to work under pressure in a team environment. BA in business administration or accounting is required. CPA preferred.
