Main Areas of Responsibility:
Abrazos is looking to hire a financial manager to oversee all financial matters of our growing nonprofit organization serving children and adults with developmental disabilities. The right candidate will have experience in financial planning and strong financial skills including budget, payroll, accounts receivable, reconciliation, financial statements and billing practices (including DOH, Medicaid, and private insurance billing).
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This role ensures that the organization is in compliance with agency, state and federal financial policies and requirements. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, well organized with a commitment to financial integrity, knowledge of and ability to adhere to principals and standards for effective controls and monitoring. The right candidate will have the ability to work in a rapidly changing, multitasking, team-oriented environment.
