Main Areas of Responsibility:
Maintain accurate transaction coding. Prepare and post journal entries, reconciliations, allocations, and corrections.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Track assets, loans receivable, amortization schedules, and construction-in-progress (CIP). Maintain detailed cost tracking for multiple construction and development projects. Ensure financial data is complete, timely, and audit-ready for internal and external reporting. Maintain organized digital documentation for all financial activity. Support Finance Team process improvements and help guide junior staff.
