Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Maintain accurate transaction coding. Prepare and post journal entries, reconciliations, allocations, and corrections.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Track assets, loans receivable, amortization schedules, and construction-in-progress (CIP). Maintain detailed cost tracking for multiple construction and development projects. Ensure financial data is complete, timely, and audit-ready for internal and external reporting. Maintain organized digital documentation for all financial activity. Support Finance Team process improvements and help guide junior staff.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Degree in accounting
• 3–5 years of nonprofit bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online skills.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting and multi-class/cost center tracking.
• Experience with asset tracking, CIP, or construction/development project accounting.
• Experience with loans receivable and amortization schedules.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations).
• Excellent accuracy, documentation, and organizational skills.
